Outside Sales / Estimator – Custom Glass Projects ($110K+ Potential)

Pittsburgh, PA | Company Vehicle + Gas Card | Full-Time

Gatsby Glass of Pittsburgh is hiring a motivated Outside Sales / Estimator to quote and sell high-end custom glass projects — from luxury shower enclosures to railings and office partitions.

This is a real $100K+ opportunity for someone who can hustle, close, and build great customer relationships.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission:

• 3% on company-provided leads

• 5% on self-generated leads

• Average annual earnings (at target volume): $100,000+

• Branded company vehicle + gas card provided

• Paid training and full backend support

️ What You'll Be Selling

• Shower enclosures (avg $3,000)

• Glass railings (avg $20,000)

• Wine rooms & office partitions (avg $5K–$15K)

What You’ll Do

• Visit job sites to take measurements and create estimates

• Present and close jobs with homeowners, builders, and designers

• Follow up with leads and manage your own pipeline

• Coordinate with installers to ensure project success
