The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and knowledge of the building materials industry. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment.
• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction practices.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractor customers.
• Act as a point of contact at the store for advice and information.
• Process orders and ensure timely shipment of materials.
• Perform material take-offs from blueprints.
• Complete required orientation and safety training.
