We seek a passionate Director of Partnerships to collaborate with school districts and enhance literacy outcomes. This remote, full-time role involves territory development, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition, primarily in OR, WA, NV, with a proven track record in district sales. Candidates should have experience in education sales or district leadership, reside in one of these states, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with district leaders by understanding their literacy needs and employing a consultative sales approach
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through regional partnerships, conferences, and understanding local initiatives
  • Achieve sales targets for Classroom Libraries and Decodable Packs
  • Utilize sales tools like Hubspot effectively
  • Travel for conferences and district meetings as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in K-12 education
  • 3+ years as a principal or district leader with school district experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ownership mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-growing organization
