Qualifications

We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive contractor cabinet sales. This role focuses on growing and maintaining relationships with builders, remodelers, and contractors by offering high-quality cabinet solutions and outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with residential and commercial contractors

  • Prospect new accounts and expand business within assigned territory

  • Provide product knowledge, pricing, and cabinet design support to clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, ordering, and delivery

  • Conduct job site visits as needed to support customers and projects

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and growth targets

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in cabinets, millwork, or building materials

  • Strong knowledge of cabinet lines and installation practices

  • Ability to read construction plans and understand project scopes

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and follow-up skills

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
