Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking experienced sales professionals in the Des Moines area to build customer relationships and close roofing exterior restoration opportunities. You’ll manage a full sales pipeline, present solutions, and travel locally to appointments as needed.

This full-time, W-2 role offers weekly pay and uncapped commission with paid training and company-provided tools. Training and support help you succeed in a competitive market.

You already know how to sell. Now it's time to put that experience to work. At Aspen Contracting, we're looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to build relationships, earn customer trust, identify opportunities, handle objections, and close business.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone who has already developed their sales skills and understands what it takes to manage a pipeline, communicate with customers, follow through on opportunities, and produce results.

Your experience doesn't have to be in roofing. If you've been successful in outside sales, D2D, home improvement, solar, automotive, telecommunications, insurance, or another performance-driven sales environment, we want to hear from you.

You bring the sales experience. We'll teach you the roofing industry.

OFFICE LOCATION

Office 110 – Des Moines, IA

Report To Office: 8450 Hickman Rd, Suite 26, Clive, IA 50325

Hiring throughout the Des Moines area, including surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Des Moines, IA market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive, IA office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Clive office as required.

JOB SNAPSHOT

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
