Job summary

Insperity is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant (Business Performance Advisor) in Orlando, FL. You will identify SMBs to offer Insperity HR services, call owners to explain solutions, and build lasting partnerships. You’ll work with a supportive team and pursue aggressive sales targets.

You’ll have access to corporate training, marketing support, and a growing, recession-proof industry. A strong consultative approach and relationship skills are essential for success.

First year on-target earnings (OTE) range is from $91,250.00 - $106,250.00 (base salary plus targeted commission plan earnings). This role features uncapped commission potential and a residual income program, enabling top performers to earn above the stated OTE. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance.
