FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking an Outside Sales Team Member to join our sign and graphics team. You will engage with customers across many industries, offering customized sign solutions and building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes prospecting, consultative selling, and leveraging CRM tools to drive growth. Ideal candidates have outside sales or B2B experience, familiarity with CRM software, and a passion for problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an outside sales/commission based environment preferred.
• Prior B2B consultative sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
• Prior experience in a sign and graphics environment a plus.
