Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to cover West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi. You will join a growing sales team in the construction arena, with a base salary plus strong commission potential and comprehensive benefits.

The role offers training, advancement opportunities, and travel within the assigned territory. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 1–4 years in sales, and a valid driver’s license.

Outside Sales Associate

Location: Covering West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.
• Former athletes encouraged to apply
• Must have a valid drivers' license
• Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and great organizational skills.
