Neptune Society in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Outside Sales Advisor to generate sales from company-provided leads, including web leads, direct mail responses, and in-person restaurant seminars.

You will participate in weekly sales strategy workshops and have opportunities for advancement with uncapped earnings potential. Total compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000+ with training pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Desire to make money while helping people.
• Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High level of compassion and integrity.
• Ability to close deals on first call or visit.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage appointments.
• Experience with in-home and/or seminar-based sales is a plus.
• Independent, self-reliant, self-motivated and able to work virtually.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales using company-provided leads from multiple sources.
• Attend in-person restaurant seminars and other outreach events to close deals.
• Daily follow-up and relationship building with leads to maximize close rate.
• Participate in weekly sales and marketing strategy workshops.
