The Assurance Group in West Palm Beach, FL is growing its National Marketing Organization and seeks new agents. No prior insurance experience is required; we welcome people from diverse backgrounds and provide thorough training and ongoing support.

You will visit clients in person, using provided leads and a broad carrier lineup to tailor options. Positions are commission-based with flexible hours, excellent training, and a supportive sales community.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.
