The Assurance Group in Little Rock, Arkansas is hiring and training new agents for our National Marketing Organization. This is an in-person, commission-based role and no prior experience is required—we’ll train you to represent life, health, and fixed index annuities.

Fresh leads are provided; a large carrier lineup supports growth. You’ll set and manage your own hours, receive thorough training and ongoing support, and join a friendly sales community.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated (commission sales role).
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process).
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person).

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.
