Carroll Construction Supply in Lino Lakes, MN is seeking an Outside Construction Sales representative to drive growth for concrete supplies, forming and equipment solutions within the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

The role emphasizes serving contractors and project managers on commercial and civil projects, with a focus on motivation and teamwork. Experience in sales or construction is helpful, but not required; earnings come from salary, commissions, and benefits.

• Experience in sales is preferred, construction knowledge is beneficial.

• Commercial and residential construction supplies sales experience is required.
