Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Lakewood, WA to build and maintain customer relationships, grow revenue, and expand active accounts in your designated territory. You’ll collaborate with branch and sales teams to drive new business.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday; pay ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, with weekly pay and Sunstate benefits such as company truck, laptop, and PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
• Experience managing a territory and driving new business.
• Skilled and comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer relation skills including positivity, problem-solving, and diffusing sensitive customer issues.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs
• Be an efficient and effective communicator and uphold Sunstate standard of excellence.

The Outside Sales Representative for Sunstate Equipment is focused on one thing: Building and maintaining customer relationships. You’ll be working collaboratively with other branch and sales team members to increase revenue and grow market shares by increasing the number of active accounts within your designated territory.
