Job summary
Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Sales Representative to join our dynamic residential roofing team. You will attend pre-set appointments, present solutions in home, assess damage, and close deals to meet targets.

Qualifications
- No prior sales or construction experience required; full training provided.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to appointments; midday, evening, and weekend availability.
- Pre-qualified leads provided; compensation includes commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set appointments and conduct in-home presentations.
- Assess damage and recommend roofing solutions; negotiate and close deals.
- Focus on client needs to meet sales targets; participate in team meetings.
