This role primarily covers DuPage County (Naperville, Downers Grove, Carol Stream, Wheaton, Addison, Chicago and nearby areas). We provide qualified leads, full backend support, and industry-leading tools—while you also build your own pipeline through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)
• Insurance claim experience is a plus
• Strong closing skills and excellent communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and independent
• Comfortable performing rooftop inspections
• Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent required

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections
• Present solutions and close deals with confidence

• Follow up with company-provided warm leads
• Educate homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and installation options
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience
