Compensation Overview

The annual salary range is nationwide and varies based on factors such as role scope, location, skills, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based incentives.

Salary Range: $48,700.00 - $80,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This entry-level position requires successful completion of training to advance to Claim Professional, Outside Property. It involves developing skills in investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims of lesser value and complexity. The role includes handling the entire claim lifecycle, maintaining compliance, and service to insureds and agents in Northwest AR and Little Rock, AR. The position is fully remote, with potential travel for training and catastrophe deployment.

What Will You Do?

• Complete required training through online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job methods, which may involve travel.
• Handle 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
• Establish damages scope, utilize estimates, and investigate claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Establish reserves, negotiate settlements, and communicate decisions effectively.
• Maintain accurate claim files, meet quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.
• Refer complex claims to specialized units as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks and support other lines of business as required.
• Access and inspect damaged structures, including climbing ladders safely.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform physically demanding inspections.
• Must secure and maintain company credit card.

Additional Qualifications

• Customer service experience, analytical skills, and attention to detail preferred.
• Valid passport and driver's license are advantageous.
