Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and reflects a broad spectrum of salaries across the country. The actual salary will depend on factors such as role scope, complexity, location, candidate skills, education, training, credentials, experience, and other employment conditions. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

$48,700.00 - $80,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This position is fully remote and may include a mix of mobile work and/or work from your primary residence.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT: The role services Insureds/Agents in the Northeast Los Angeles area. The candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate at their own expense to locations such as Alhambra, Rosemead, Monterey Park, East LA, El Monte, or nearby areas.

This entry-level position requires successful completion of training to advance to Claim Professional, Outside Property. It involves developing skills in investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims of lesser value and complexity, ensuring quality claim handling throughout the claim lifecycle and compliance with standards and regulations.

Applicants will need to complete an online pre-employment assessment, with accommodations provided if needed.

What Will You Do?

1. Complete required training, which includes online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job components, possibly requiring travel.
2. Handle 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
3. Establish accurate damage scopes and utilize estimates for damages.
4. Investigate and evaluate coverage, damages, liability, and business interruptions.
5. Establish and manage claim reserves and determine appropriate settlement amounts.
6. Negotiate claim settlements within authority limits and communicate decisions clearly.
7. Maintain detailed records and ensure timely resolution of claims.
8. Provide excellent customer service and recognize claims needing special attention.
9. Perform administrative functions and support other lines of business as needed.
10. Attend legal proceedings and maintain required licenses and certifications.
11. Physically capable of inspecting properties, including climbing ladders and entering tight spaces.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid passport preferred.
