Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to join our client's rapidly growing construction and network infrastructure team in Wisconsin. This role leads large-scale OSP initiatives, drives design and construction optimization, and supports the expansion of a high-performance engineering organization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and leverage GIS tooling to model and grade field works.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in OSP FTTH and FTTx engineering.
• Strong understanding of large volume projects and multiple duct placements.
• Familiarity with the MRE (manual for railway engineering).
• Understanding of ARCGIS platform for grading and scaling of excavations.
