Lynch Truck Center in Wisconsin is seeking an Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative to grow outside parts and service sales and engage fleet accounts. You will learn Lynch products and coordinate with teams to drive uptime and efficiency while building lasting client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and represent Lynch Truck Center products and services (parts, service repair, tech-driven solutions).
• Sell and promote multiple parts categories for various truck makes/models.
• Promote All-Makes Parts and Service solutions.
• Identify service repair opportunities and coordinate with service teams to convert to repairs.
• Call on national and regional fleet accounts through in-person visits, phone, and digital engagement.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams for engagement with strategic fleet customers.
• Promote fleet programs and service agreements.
• Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for key accounts.

Requirements

• Outside sales experience in both parts and service
• Proven success in outside sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations

Responsibilities

• Successfully learn and represent all Lynch Truck Center products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, parts, service repair, and technology-driven service solutions designed to support customer uptime and operational efficiency.
• Sell and promote multiple parts product categories, supporting a wide range of truck makes and models.
• Promote and sell All-Makes Parts and Service solutions to support customers' operating mixed fleets.
• Identify service repair opportunities within customer fleets, and coordinate with service advisors and service managers to convert those opportunities into scheduled repairs.
• Call on national and regional fleet accounts through coordinated, in-person visits, phone communication, and digital engagement.
• Partner with Lynch Truck Center leadership and internal teams to ensure consistent engagement with strategic fleet customers.
• Promote fleet programs and service agreements designed to support customer maintenance strategies.
• Support customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management for key accounts.
