Outside Moving Sales Representative – Raleigh, NC

Join a dynamic team in Raleigh, NC, as an Outside Moving Sales Representative in the fast-paced moving and relocation industry. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals, as well as working on pre-qualified inbound leads
  • Conduct in-home and on-site surveys to estimate moving costs for residential clients
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Attend networking events, industry expos, and local business gatherings to promote services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, pricing, and competition
  • Provide timely follow-up with prospects and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions for moving and relocation
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Direct experience in household goods (HHG) relocations is highly preferred
