Job Description:

Position: Insurance Agent - Springfield Market - Insurance Sales Business Opportunity.

We seek dedicated, outgoing professionals interested in a long-term sales career. A health & life insurance license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting appointments with prospects and clients within a 50-mile radius to deliver sales and provide client service.
2. Providing excellent customer service.
3. Interviewing prospective clients to understand their healthcare needs.
4. Customizing insurance programs to meet individual client needs and drive sales.
5. Explaining policies and analyzing insurance programs to suggest modifications.
6. Participating in agent meetings and sales training.
