Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build physician relationships, and hit monthly targets in your local market.

You will travel within your territory, deliver educational in-services, and provide clinical follow-up to referral sources, while representing a comprehensive line of DME products. Strong communication and data-driven selling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or healthcare products is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to use data-driven strategies to identify and pursue leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective leads using data-driven sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence within the territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources for product categories.
• Deliver clinical follow-up and patient reporting to referral sources.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the local territory.
• Interact with physicians, hospital personnel, and internal teams.
