Southern Industries is seeking a driven canvasser to go door-to-door, engaging homeowners and generating quality leads that feed our sales team. You will represent our home improvement brand with professionalism while building lasting community relationships.

This full-time role offers hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with growth and leadership development opportunities. Ideal candidates are outgoing, active outdoors, and comfortable starting conversations.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable walking outdoors and engaging with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability during listed hours, Monday–Saturday.
• Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset.
