Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, small commercial auto and related insurance products using a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain a local book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Identify prospective customers with established lead methods and outreach.
• Document customer interactions and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Use insurance sales tech, CRM, and multi‑carrier platforms to tailor solutions.
• Participate in training and incentives to improve sales results.
