In this role, you'll be pivotal in driving sales growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building remotely within your community and surrounding areas. As an Allstate insurance professional, you'll identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans, offering products that ensure comprehensive protection. Cultivating referral relationships within your community is essential for success. Top producers can earn between $100,000 - $130,000 annually with a competitive salary, uncapped monthly bonus, and quarterly bonuses in their first year. Plus, with a dedicated service team backing you up, you'll have more time to focus on sales!
Bonus
External candidates have an opportunity to earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus by either having an active P&C or Personal Lines license or signing up for our licensing program and passing the state's insurance licensing exam before the start date. (The bonus is paid after 90 days of employment; some restrictions apply.)
