Job summary

The Club at Hammock Beach in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a full-time Outside Guest Services Attendant to contribute to a positive guest experience and learn more about golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will join a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities include assisting with club upkeep, providing courteous service, educating players, directing start of play when needed, maintaining rental records, serving guests and assisting with food & beverage

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Guest Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.

Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Guest Services Attendant:
