Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Belleville, MI is seeking Automotive Technicians to join our dismantling team. The role involves safely removing parts from vehicles, tagging parts for shipping, and performing related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a commission plan after 90 days, Monday through Friday, 6:30am-4pm. Candidates should have automotive knowledge, be physically able to lift up to 75-100 pounds, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automotive parts preferred.
• Must be able to read spreadsheets and basic charts.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle vehicles and safely remove parts.
• Tag parts for shipping and inventory.
• Cutting vehicles with saws as needed.
