Waltham Pest Services is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to expand our commercial footprint from the Wilmington, MA area. You’ll work autonomously to build relationships with local businesses, grow the territory, and maximize commissions with a base salary and progressive bonus structure.

Ideal candidates bring strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, along with a customer-first mindset. A driver’s license and pesticide license readiness within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; no experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
