Job summary

Waltham Pest Services in New London, CT seeks an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to grow our commercial footprint. You’ll network with clients, present pest control solutions, and expand our services in the local market.

We offer base salary with uncapped commissions, company vehicle, 401k, and training. No experience required—just a passion to sell—and a valid driver’s license is a must.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated & self-driven Outside Commercial Sales Representative. This position would be based out the New London, CT area! You will work to grow our commercial business footprint. Forget all the boring sales jobs you’ve ever had. Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of an Outside Commercial Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade clients to use our services.

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Become a subject matter expert on our business services
• Build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; use Waltham’s proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets
• Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals

Qualifications

• Have a “yes” approach to customer service. Exceptional guest service is what separates Waltham from other pest control companies. You must provide a high level of service to all existing, future, and past clients

• Someone who wants to be connected to their community. To help give back and help their community
• Previous Account Manager experience a plus!

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
