Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. in Cincinnati seeks a full-time Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B energy services for Constellation Energy. This role is face-to-face, with base pay and uncapped commissions, and requires building relationships with decision makers.

You will visit businesses, present options, and work Monday–Friday with flexibility. A reliable driver’s license and transportation are needed. Benefits include health/dental/vision and 401K after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and able to quickly connect with business decision makers.
• Motivated, ambitious, and relentless to achieve sales targets.
• Results-driven attitude with ability to close deals in a competitive market.
• Flexible with willingness to adapt plans and schedules as needed.
• Outside sales experience preferred, especially in energy services.
• Knowledge of energy products or suppliers is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers and build relationships while offering energy services to their business.
• Provide decision makers with the necessary information to choose their energy provider.
• This is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.
