Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Omaha, NE is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to oversee the Work Experience Program, coordinate timesheets, payroll, and employer relationships, and ensure contract compliance. This role requires strong communication, organization, and service orientation with a focus on customer and partner satisfaction.

You will partner with Career Navigators to recruit participants, schedule orientations, and manage data entry and procurement tasks while supporting program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience building business relationships or related workforce development experience.
• Strong computer skills with experience using word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a quality work experience program for participants.
• Manage and analyze work experience activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Review and enter timesheets accurately into the DWFS system.
• Coordinate regional scheduling for New Hire Orientations and recruitment.
• Track outcomes and manage contractual goals for the Work Experience Program.
