Job summary

Telecom Service Bureau, via Mobile Management, is seeking an Enrollment Specialist (Outside) for Oklahoma. This part-time role supports Easy Wireless at stores and community events and requires a flexible schedule.

You will enroll customers in Lifeline programs, act as a brand ambassador, and help with device support, inventory, and outreach. Paid training, weekly pay, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry).
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and other government-subsidized programs.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry)
• Comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods
