Job Description
The role involves engaging with prospects through various channels such as email, phone, face-to-face meetings, direct mail, and networking events to schedule meetings, explain partner benefits, and activate partnerships across regions and industries.
- Coordinate growth opportunities in existing and new educational partnerships with partners, strategic organizations, and regional/national accounts.
- Conduct B2C outreach with current and prospective organizational partners, collaborating with NU leadership, faculty, and staff to identify partnership and lead generation opportunities, increasing enrollment and institutional awareness.
- Implement, attend, and manage recruitment activities including webinars, education fairs, trade shows, conferences, open houses, and prospective student meetings.
- Network within the community to promote quality learning experiences and career advancement, meeting workforce development needs, and developing strong community relationships.
- Follow up regularly with accounts and relevant organizations to support ongoing commitments and implementation.
- Enhance the university’s image and promote awareness through various methods.
- Coordinate with management on outreach and partnership event planning.
- Document and track outreach efforts using CRM systems like Salesforce for planning and reporting.
- Organize internal procedures and resources to ensure data is properly recorded and partnership goals are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in higher education, community college, admissions, or business development required.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- Experience in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.
- All skills, abilities, and education will be considered for minimum qualifications.

Location and Travel
Location: Remote, residing in Los Angeles, CA required.
Travel: Frequent travel up to 60-75% for partnership cultivation and events as a university representative.
