Zonberation Group is partnering with TikTok to support their Monetization Product Partnerships in North America. We are building a specialized outreach team to accelerate the client's partner ecosystem growth. This role serves as an extension of the client's internal partnerships team, executing critical business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Partner Outreach & Vertical Expansion:

  • Develop expertise in the client's monetization products and partnership framework.
  • Identify and reach out to qualify potential partners across new verticals in U.S. market, ensuring alignment with the client's partnership strategy.
  • Execute outbound multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate interests and secure introductory conversations.
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline of all outreach activities and report progress weekly.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings.
  • Prepare briefing materials for partner meetings.
  • Document meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
  • Provide localized market insights and feedbacks to help shape the client's vertical GTM strategies.
  • Adapt outreach approaches based on performance data.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate weekly outreach reports (including number of leads reached, outbound messages, scheduled meetings, response rate, partners successfully onboarded, etc).
  • Maintain real-time partner pipeline tracker.
  • Produce end-of-cycle onboarding reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in partner outreach, partnerships, business development, digital advertising sales.
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting.
  • CRM system experience.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience with social media/ad tech platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance advertising products.
  • Partner onboarding progression.
  • Reporting accuracy.
