I’m seeking a smart, reliable, and thoughtful outreach specialist who can help me:

• Pitch podcasts that align with my voice and mission
• Identify and pitch speaking opportunities (especially high-paying ones)
• Keep track of outreach status, follow-ups, and responses
• Support the growth of my platform in an authentic, non-spammy way
• Occasionally help refine pitch materials or track results

Ideal Experience:

• Prior work in podcast outreach, PR, author/speaker support, or high-level virtual assistance
• Excellent written communication (you’ll be representing me)
• Self-starter who is proactive, organized, and emotionally intelligent
• Comfortable pitching both smaller podcasts and large events
