Job summary

Seacoast Mental Health Center is seeking an Outreach Specialist/Case Manager for the Exeter, NH area. This role focuses on coordinating services, providing direct support, advocacy, and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services and preferably has one year of field experience, along with a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent.
• One year of experience in the field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Join the Adult Services Department Exeter team and contribute to case management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The Adult Services Department of SMHC is looking for an energetic, dedicated, experienced individual to join ourExeterteam. This position requires coordinating services and providing direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness. The ideal applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent and preferably have one year of experience working in the field.

Other Requirements

• Must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• The Outreach Specialist must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to demonstrate a "clean" driving record.
• CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
