What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients about Advanced Care Planning and schedule appointments
- Address patient concerns and objections by clearly communicating the benefits of Advanced Care Planning
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails, providing direction to patients' questions and concerns
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and achieve key performance metrics including call volume and conversion rates
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare
- At least 1 year of experience in telephonic patient outreach, customer service, or sales
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection (Download speed: 20 Mbps, upload speed: 20 Mbps, and Jitter: 50 ms)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working remotely
