Paycom - ATS in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Recovery Services Manager to oversee assessments in our adolescent outreach, prepare documentation for treatment plans, and work onsite with young patients, families, and a therapeutic team. The role includes supervising in-home teams, coordinating staff, providing crisis intervention, ensuring compliance with ADMH standards, and maintaining high-quality records and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure in social services is desired but not required.
• Familiarity with ADMH Mental Illness and S/A State Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer literate.

Job Description: The Recovery Services Manager will oversee and conduct assessments in our adolescent outreach department and prepare the proper documentation for the clients' treatment plans. This role will work onsite at our clinic in Huntsville with our younger patients, their families and therapeutic team to support the client’s growth.
