Mindoula Health is on a mission to empower individuals to lead healthier lives, and we are currently hiring enthusiastic Outreach & Enrollment Coordinators to join our dynamic Specialty Population Health Management Program team.

As an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice our members hear—educating, engaging, and enrolling individuals into our behavioral health programs. We’re looking for strong communicators with consultative sales experience who can drive meaningful conversations and successfully guide members into care, ensuring they are both excited to join our programs and show up for their intake appointments.

What You’ll Do:
  • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to reach and engage members.

  • Educate members about Mindoula’s services and behavioral health programs.

  • Guide enrollment conversations, focusing on high engagement and appointment show rates.

  • Lead conversations to clear, positive outcomes—closing the enrollment loop with confidence.

  • Assess behavioral health needs, including self-harm risk, and facilitate warm handoffs to Case Managers.

  • Document all member interactions accurately and timely using electronic systems.

  • Identify and share local resources to support member needs.

  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

  • Handle high-stress and emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Represent Mindoula Health with enthusiasm, compassion, and ethical integrity.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
  • Proven sales experience, especially in consultative or high-conversion environments.

  • High-volume call center experience (minimum 6+ months).

  • Remote work experience with reliable self-motivation and time management skills.

  • Comfort and skill in closing conversations with clarity and a positive call-to-action.

  • An upbeat, energetic, and engaging communication style.

  • High school diploma or equivalent years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Apple products.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to problem-solve independently.

Preferred:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Background in behavioral or mental health, healthcare, or social services.

  • Experience working with high-risk or complex adult populations.

  • Crisis Intervention or De-escalation Training.

  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

  • Basic medical or clinical knowledge.

Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $19.23 – $20.91, based on experience and education.

Why Join Mindoula?
  • A mission-driven culture that values innovation, compassion, and growth.

  • A chance to make a tangible impact in the lives of those facing mental health and behavioral health challenges.
