Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks motivated staff for adult clinical services within a community-based setting in Central Massachusetts. The role involves delivering interventions from Treatment Plans under licensed supervision, and helping clients build independence and social connections in their own communities.

You will assist with employment support, entitlements, and participate in on-call rotations as part of a tight-knit multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable and insured vehicle is required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; open to new opportunities.

• Deliver interventions identified on the Treatment Plan with supervision from licensed clinical staff.
• Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles in the community.
• Provide side-by-side support and coaching to help individuals socialize and engage in rehabilitation.
• Ensure individuals have adequate financial support by assisting with employment or entitlements.
• Participate in the On-Call rotation.

Job Description

Adult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, or in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight knit, supportive and multidisciplinary. Open Sky's talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to individuals served.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions identified on the Treatment Plan with supervision from licensed clinical staff.
• Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Provide side-by-side support and coaching to help individuals socialize. Conduct both 1:1 and group activities geared toward increasing Persons' readiness to engage in rehabilitation.
• Ensure individuals have adequate financial support through assisting with finding gainful employment or applying for entitlements.
• Participate in the On-Call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable and insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Pay Range

$22.07-$24.81
