Job summary

The Outreac h Coordinator role at The Child Center of NY focuses on outreach and engagement across the agency and community to connect clients with available programs. You will engage existing and potential clients on behalf of The Child Center of NY.

Key duties include regular community outreach, following up with potential clients, documenting paperwork, and building relationships with community contacts and referral sources to expand program impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Education, Counseling or related field (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience
• Bilingual in one or more of the following: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali and others, may be required depending on client need
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently
• Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Hours

Monday - Friday | 1:00PM - 6:00PM or 2:00PM - 7:00PM (varies to be discussed)
