Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Childwise ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based services for children with autism. We’re expanding our team with a Client Coordinator who will play a vital part in connecting families to care and supporting our intake and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities of the Client Coordinator:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and gather intake information
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
  • Coordinate schedules and guide families through the intake process
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
  • Attend events and represent Childwise ABA as needed
  • Track metrics related to client onboarding and communication
  • Support service promotion through communication with families and partner organizations


Compensation & Schedule for Client Coordinator:

  • Location: Brooklyn, NY
  • Annual salary: $45,000-$65,000 (based on experience)
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours, with occasional evening/weekend events as needed


Qualifications for Client Coordinator:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare intake, or coordination roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable speaking with families, providers, and diverse communities
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software systems
  • Knowledge of ABA or behavioral health services is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
