What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assess member compliance with medical treatment plans via telephone or through on-site visits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related experience or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time
