Job summary

TRIA Orthopedic Center Sports Medicine seeks an Outreach Athletic Trainer to join our team. The AT collaborates with physicians to optimize activity and participation, providing comprehensive athletic training services at games and events as signed by the program manager.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, adherence to professional standards, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Bachelor’s degree required; BOC certification and MN license required; driver’s license needed.

Qualifications

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Licensure/Registration/Certification: Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer; Minnesota license; valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: strong clinical and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively; basic computer skills; able to make autonomous decisions within scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services at games and events as assigned by the sports medicine program manager.
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize activity and participation for patients across ages and care continuums.
• Represent TRIA Orthopedic Center Sports Medicine Program with professionalism and patient-focused care.
