• Serve as an integral member of the Operations team, providing front-line support to job seekers
• Greet clients and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming, professional first impression
• Conduct client outreach and schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Quickly assess job seeker needs and guide individuals through appropriate employment and career services
• Provide an overview of career center programs and services, directing job seekers to the right resources promptly
• Deliver social service referrals based on individual job seeker needs
• Support job seekers in the resource room, with a strong focus on encouraging and empowering self‑service and use of available tools
• Assist with outreach to individuals on the Unemployment Compensation Exhaustee list
• Screen and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate referral logs and documentation
