Outreach and Training Coordinator- Advanced

Minimum Qualifications: Possess a bachelor's degree in education, communications, or human services. At least three (3) years of experience involving project development and management, communication materials, group facilitation, and training/conference planning or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Experience with databases, online systems, audiovisual equipment, and information management is required.

Role Description:

  • Communication & Outreach: Develop and implement communication and outreach plans, coordinate with external entities, facilitate outreach meetings with stakeholder groups such as the Client Advisory Board, Regional ASERT Centers, County offices, and others.
  • Training Development and Administration: Develop internal training materials, coordinate external conferences and trainings, manage contracts and budgets, develop online training modules, and administer continuing education credits.

Additional Details: Pay rate: $26/hour. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Industry: Consumer Services.
