The Outreach and Recruitment Manager leads outreach, marketing, and recruitment efforts for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, housed at Great Falls College. This position develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified business applicants through presentations, events, information sessions, direct outreach, and strategic partnerships to support full enrollment in three annual cohorts across a four-state region: Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Arizona.
This position is based in Great Falls, Montana, with periodic travel required throughout the region. The position is grant-funded, with no current end date for the grant.

The Outreach and Recruitment Manager plays a key role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified small business applicants for three annual cohorts of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. This full-time position works closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategic marketing, outreach, and recruitment initiatives, including hosting information sessions, delivering presentations, attending events, and conducting direct outreach to business owners. The manager also develops and strengthens partnerships with chambers of commerce, business associations, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and other organizations to expand program awareness, encourage participation, and support full cohort enrollment across the program’s service region.
