The Outreach and Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in uplifting student voices and strengthening their connection to LYTE’s community of support. This position leads outreach through four main channels: the Student Sponsorship Program, monthly newsletter, Instagram content, and website updates. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated to share student experiences and highlight the impact of LYTE’s programs.

Member Duties

Amplify student voices by creating and sharing stories, testimonials, and highlights that showcase their journeys and successes. Manage and grow outreach channels including the Student Sponsorship Program, monthly newsletter, Instagram, and website updates. Engage students, families, and supporters through consistent, accessible, and mission-driven communication. Collaborate with program staff and students to capture authentic content that reflects LYTE’s impact.
