Job summary

Austin Community College in Philadelphia is seeking Outreach Agents to connect the community with a federal Lifeline-supported program that provides FREE smartphones and mobile service to qualified individuals. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering freedom, flexibility, and earnings tied to effort.

You’ll be out in the community, helping people qualify and enroll, distribute smartphones, and explain upgrades at events and busy locations.

You’ll be assisting individuals who qualify for government-supported programs, including:

• People receiving SNAP / EBT
• SSI / Disability beneficiaries
• Veterans
• Low-income households
• Residents in underserved communities

• Performance-based pay (1099 independent contractor)
