The ideal candidate holds a BSN (Masters preferred), 5+ years of nursing experience with prior leadership, and SC RN licensure with BLS/ACLS; management and fiscal acumen are valued in

Qualifications

• BSN required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience.
• Previous leadership/managerial experience preferred.
• Current South Carolina RN license; BLS/ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Ensure evidence-based nursing practice and safety.
• Provide direct supervision to clinical staff.
• Assist with staff performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on patient and clinic needs.
• Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively for continuity of care.
